The Legacy of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the Future of the Supreme Court

The death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg leaves a vacancy on the Supreme Court that the Trump administration hopes to fill quickly. Federal Judge Amy Coney Barrett is the president’s nominee to replace Justice Ginsburg, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says the confirmation hearings will start on October 12th.
